Sometimes the easiest thing to do to wind down at the end of the day is to grab some Doritos, a margarita, and crash on the couch. It feels good in the moment, but you’ve been noticing that you feel sluggish, down, and anxious.

Your life is stressful.

You need a way to wind down at the end of the day, but figuring out how to do that is just another “to do” on your list.   You’d like to do something more meaningful than catching up on the latest episode of Dance Moms every night, but you don’t have the energy to do much else. Getting our mind, body, and spirit in line can feel impossible while we are constantly bombarded by computer screens, technology, and social media.

This is where I come in.

Perhaps you’ve dabbled in crafting, scrapbooking, or you enjoy keeping a written journal. I want to teach you to tap into your healing creative spirit. (Yes! You have one, I promise!)

In this free, amazing workshop, you will:

  • See how setting an intention can improve your mood
  • Use simple, mindful drawing techniques to feel more centered and calm
  • Learn no-stress ways to incorporate mindful art into your day

You’ll also receive:

Two cheat sheets with all the techniques from the workshop and ways to practice it on your own.

The workshop is free and fun. Once you sign up, I’ll send you an email to let you know you’ve secured your spot and include some tips and “adult homework” if you’d like to get started right away.
