Many of my clients find weight helps them to feel more grounded and relaxed. If you have found these tools helpful in my office, you may want to have them at home too. I have no business connection with any of the sellers or companies below, and cannot vouch for them or their products. However, people often ask where they can find these products,  so  I have provided a few starting points:

Shoulder rice bag – Put it on your shoulders to encourage grounding and relaxation.

Lap sand bag– Put it on your lap to encourage grounding.

Sqüsh pillow – Hold it, fidget with it, hug it, squeeze it.
