Oh I’m so glad to hear it! How will your self-care resume help you stay consistent?

May I share this reference in my presentation on self care? Thank you!

Sure, as long as you credit me and keep the reference to Mindful Art Studio, that’s great!

Hi! I found your website and your self-care resume through Pinterest. My colleague and I are presenting a training to social workers on burnout – I was wondering if it might be possible to reference the self-care resume. We will give you full credit, of course. Let me know if this is possible. Thank you! – Brittni

Hi Amy, Myself and a colleague are running a support group for women, and wondering if we can use your self care resume in the group. We will of course credit you. I think your site will be a great resource for our women, so happy to direct women to it.

Of course you can use it. I hope it’s helpful and very much appreciate you including the credit to me.
All the best!
